Shipping, Returns and Terms of Service
Order Acceptance and Payment Terms
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as various PayPal options. Credit Cards will be billed once the order is placed.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will attempt to cancel the order if requested. If we do not have the items in stock, then our part department will notify you.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of order placement. Not all parts are guaranteed to be in stock.
If parts are not in stock, you will be notified and given an ETA of when you can expect to receive your order. If, at this time, you wish to cancel, we will issue a prompt refund.
There may be occasional delays beyond the above processing time. If the delay is more than five (5) business days beyond our regular shipping time, we will reach out and notify you of the delay.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns & Warranty Policy
All sales are final, we do not accept returns of any items that are shipped without defect.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If your order arrives in damaged condition, save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of the damaged merchandise. Not all products can be returned if damaged during transit, you will be notified when you order any such items.
You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
We do not warranty any of the products sold on this site unless otherwise stated in the products description. Some of the products available through our site are covered under another manufacturer’s warranty, this will also be detailed in the products description. All warrantied items are held to the same exclusions and liabilities as Norstar Truck Beds & Iron Bull Trailers, the policy which can be found here.
